FlowWest recently embarked on an enriching corporate retreat that combined team building, strategic planning, and immersion in nature. In the heart of Sonoma County, this retreat served as a catalyst for collaboration, growth, and rejuvenation within the organization. Employees from across the country came together to spend time bonding and strategizing.

The core of the retreat was a company-wide 5-year strategiv planning meeting, where FlowWest's collective wisdom was leveraged to chart the organization's course for the future. It was a pivotal session that emphasized growth, sustainability, and a shared vision for FlowWest's future trajectory.
After the work, the team deserved some fun, and so a team-building session was held on the Russian River with tandem kayaks to practice coordination and teamwork. Paddling in unison highlighted the need for cohesive efforts, mirroring the firm’s core value of collaboration. This fun activity set the tone for the retreat, emphasizing the significance of navigating our journey as a unified team.
